Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes — to explain what we do, share our perspective on AI visibility and authority, and let prospective clients book a session with us.

You’re welcome to read, share, and reference our content. You may not copy substantial portions of it, republish it as your own, scrape it programmatically, or use it to train AI models without our written permission.

Working with us

We take on a small number of clients each quarter and reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

Who we don't work with

Cited doesn’t work with any business or activity related to the following:

  • Dating and escort services
  • Pornography
  • Weapons
  • Cashback services
  • Chemicals and related products
  • Video-game arcades
  • Trading in cryptocurrency
  • Binary options or gambling
  • Debt collection

If you operate in or alongside any of the above, we won’t be the right fit — and we’ll let you know early rather than late.

Bookings and audits

When you book a session through this site (including an AI visibility audit), you’re requesting time with us. We’ll confirm by email. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a session where needed, and we ask the same courtesy from you.

The information you share with us during a session or audit is treated as confidential and used only to assess fit and prepare for the engagement.

Your information

We collect only the information you provide to us — typically your name, work email, company, and what you want to be cited for. We use it to respond to your enquiry, run the audit, and stay in touch about Cited’s work. We don’t sell your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated version.
